Pricing

Free during the beta. $29 a month at launch.

One plan, one price, everything in it. JuniFi is in private beta, so the honest price today is nothing — and the honest thing to publish alongside that is what it will cost when the beta ends.

Early access

Now

Free

For the whole private beta. No card, no trial clock, no feature held back. You are early, the product is changing under you, and you should not pay for that.

Advisor

At launch

$29 / month

Billed monthly in US dollars. Every feature on this site, no per-account or per-transaction metering, cancel whenever. Beta accounts are told the price and asked before a single charge.

No launch date is published because none is committed. Multi-user accounts land first.

What the one plan includes.

There is no feature matrix on this page because there is nothing to compare. This is the list, and it is the same list in the beta and after it.

  • Unlimited bank and card connections through Plaid, read-only
  • Entity-level separation on every account and every transaction
  • Commingled spend flagged and reclassified as owner draws or reimbursements
  • Declared obligations reconciled against the ledger
  • Receivables ageing, with a reminder drafted for every overdue invoice
  • Monte Carlo cash forecasting with per-run confidence and named data gaps
  • The conversational AI CFO, with a versioned memory you can read and correct
  • Recurring-charge detection, goals, budgets and the thresholds you define
  • The written monthly report
  • One business-system connector — Odoo today, QuickBooks, Xero or Stripe as they land
  • CSV and JSON export of everything, any time

Running a system that is not on that connector list? Say so in the form below. The connector contract exists precisely so the answer can be a mapping rather than “move your books.”

Four things the price does not do.

Most of what makes finance pricing feel hostile is the metering, not the number.

Not priced per connected account.
Owner-operated money sits in more accounts than a consumer app expects. Charging per connection would price the exact situation JuniFi exists to handle.
Not priced per transaction.
A quiet month and a busy month cost the same. Nothing about the invoice moves because your volume did.
No annual-only discount trick.
There is no cheaper tier that requires paying for a year of a product you have used for a week. If an annual option appears later it will be a real discount, not the only honest price.
No free tier that holds the answer back.
When Advisor launches it is one plan with everything in it. A forecast that hides its own confidence behind an upgrade prompt would be worse than no forecast.

How billing will behave.

Written down now, while there is nothing to gain by being vague about it.

Requesting access costs nothing and needs no card.
The early-access form takes an email address and, optionally, a sentence about what you run. There is no payment step anywhere in the beta.
Beta accounts stay free for the whole beta.
Not free for thirty days and then quietly charged. If you are in during the beta, you are not billed during the beta — however long it runs.
You get asked before anything is ever charged.
When Advisor launches, beta accounts are told the price and the date and have to actively agree. Nothing converts into a paid subscription by default.
Leaving means exporting, not negotiating.
Transactions, accounts, declared obligations, memory and reports all export as CSV and JSON. Deleting the account removes the stored financial data and revokes the Plaid connections behind it.

Pricing questions.

Why $29 and not $8 like a budgeting app?
Because it is doing a different job. A budgeting app categorises your spending. JuniFi maintains entity-level separation between the business and the owner, reconciles declared obligations against the ledger, ages your receivables and drafts the follow-up, forecasts cash with a stated confidence, and holds a versioned memory of how your business actually runs. The honest comparison is not a budgeting subscription — it is the portion of a bookkeeper’s retainer that is really just assembling and checking numbers.
Is there a plan for more than one seat?
Not yet. Multi-user accounts are the work in flight right now, and the first thing they unlock is a second individual account — not shared team access. A plan for an owner plus their bookkeeper or accountant is the obvious next step, and it does not exist today.
What happens to my price if JuniFi gets more expensive?
Early-access accounts that convert at launch keep the launch Advisor price for as long as the subscription runs uninterrupted. That is a commitment about your price, not a promise that the list price never moves.
Do I need Odoo, QuickBooks or Xero to use it?
No. The bank side works on its own, and plenty of contractors and consultants keep no formal ledger at all. A business-system connector adds invoices, receivables ageing and revenue recognition on top of that; it is not a prerequisite.
Is JuniFi a bank, and is my money insured?
Neither. JuniFi holds no money and moves no money, so there is nothing of yours in it to insure. FDIC coverage on your balances comes from the banks you already use, exactly as it does now.
What if I ask for access and never hear anything?
Email joshj@juniouslabs.digital. Accounts are opening in small batches and the list is being worked by one person, so a direct email genuinely is the fast path.

Start on the free side of that.

Accounts open in small batches while the multi-user work lands. One email when yours is ready — no card, no drip sequence.

Your email is used to tell you when your account is open, and for nothing else. No card, no bank connection, no newsletter.
